I was born and raised in Queens, New York, here is where it all began. Grandpa in the bakery, Grandma tending to the garden heading to the kitchen to make the gravy.

Ah...the smell! 

That's when the dream started. I met an old Italian guy, named Tony who owned a deli.

He took me in and taught me about business.

Rosie taught me how to cook,

I decided to move to Arizona in 1990.

Between Grandma and Grandpa's recipes, Tony's Deli and Rosie back in New York, all my hard work...

Bella was born!

 Authentic New York Italian food.
